The Tencate CR3200SA is a Lightweight NIJ 0101.06 Level 3+ Certified Ceramic Tile Array and Polyethelene plate.
Coming in at just 4.75lbs for a 10x12 and multi hit rated for .308 M80 ball, M193, M855, 7.62x39 MSC as well as .30-06 JSP and 7.62x54R LPS, this is an excellent option for a lightweight, ceramic plate with a good balance of protection. 
 
All Tencate Ceramic plates are made up of a tile array system which is different than that of most traditional ceramic plates. Their tile array system allows for better multi hit capabilities and allows for damage to be localized to individual smaller tiles, without affecting the ceramic around it.
