Engineered with a proprietary hybrid solution of woven and unidirectional protective materials, the SA3100 utilizes Twaron Aramid Fibers in its construction to give it unmatched reliable protection.
The Highcom SA3100 is NIJ 0101.06 Certified Level IIIA and is also special threat tested in accordance with DEA and FBI Special Threats.
The SA3100 is rated up to .44 Magnum as well as 5.7x28mm SS195/197 and US military standard fragmentation. (Full threat chart at the bottom of the page).
The SA3100 is also rated for contact (muzzle pressed against the vest) shots as per FBI special threat testing.
