What does this mean? This means if you are ever shot during a defensive or duty related incident while wearing armor or equipment purchased from us, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty is included free of charge with all of our hard armor plates, soft armor panels/ vests, plate carriers, pouches and apparel (literally everything). We understand that if you are ever unfortunately involved in a defensive shooting, much worse shot during one, that it will be one of the most stressful days of your life. We want you to rest assured that you do not have to worry about paying to replace your armor or equipment in the aftermath.
Our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee covers all of our armor and equipment for the lifetime of the product. The Apex Lifetime Replacement Guarantee covers all legitimate defensive incidents whether you are a private citizen, law enforcement or military.
All we require is proof of purchase, a copy of the police report/ internal report and a picture of the armor (with the serial number) or equipment in question. We will replace it with the same product, if unavailable we may replace it with a similar product (upon your approval) or reserve the right to issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.
We will also replace your equipment if it is severely damaged in a natural disaster such as a hurricane, tornado or flooding. Subject to evidence and approval.
The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not cover use during criminal activities or intentional negligence. For example, we will not replace your armor if you are shot while robbing a bank, or if you shoot it yourself or have a friend shoot it on purpose.
Please note our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is a warranty offered by us ON TOP OF the standard manufacturers warranty. This is a warranty that we offer at no additional cost that is included with every order placed with us.
